A make-over on a massive scale

Dreams employs thousands of colleagues in retail, manufacturing and distribution, across hundreds of sites.

Sharing the shiny new brand platform and generating excitement would be essential to bringing everyone together under one banner. But, there was also the significant task of re-branding the mountain of internal materials that a business of this scale needs.


What I did:

  • I headed up the internal Brand & Creative Team, using the core brand work, collaborated on with Portas, as the starting point

  • We fuelled the Internal Comms Team with design and production of everything from large-format building graphics to cupcakes!

  • Meanwhile, designing a suite of styles for each business area, achieving differentiation, but still laddering up to be all-new Dreams

  • Projects included materials for: H&S; HR; recruitment; Workplace, conference and the Shelter partnership
